Payment Options
We accept cash, debit cards, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Our office accepts assignment for the portion of treatment covered by your dental insurance plan. Patients are required to pay any portions not covered by their dental plan for the services performed at each appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance.
